Closed early for Staff Appreciation Dinner on 11/30 at 6 pm with no notice on website or when I called and spoke with someone to confirm my order. Only notice was a piece of paper taped to the window. Myself and a dozen other folks arrived in the time I was there and then the employees all left without saying a word to anyone. I used to really like this dispensary, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

A truly educated and friendly staff. Helped me find what I wanted and were very helpful in explaining what the laws were. An utterly amazing place to walk through. I used the website to check their products and could have placed an order to pickup. I could have stayed hours just discussing their products. 2 gram hybrid Bric is FINE, just what I would have wanted. Self powered vape size of a thumb drive. Should last 4-6 weeks.

I like my concentrates, and they have an AMAZING range of products all at THE BEST prices I've EVER seen. And I've been to MANY dispensaries. I guarantee you'll find a deal you'll be happy with. This was my first time here, but I'll 100% be back!! I can't wait for 4/20!! I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough Thank you for the amazing service on top of everything!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! We had thought we found a hidden gem when we first went to this establishment. Our first experience was great and they were very helpful. We drove almost 2 hours to come check out the local establishments around the area and stumbled upon this place. We purchased a cartridge brand we wanted to try amongst other things. Upon getting home, we tried the cartridge and it was not working (in various devices). I ended up calling the VERY NEXT DAY and explained the situation, and they had told us to bring it back and they would be more than happy to help. I did tell them that I live in a different state, and am almost two hours away, but I will try to get out there in the next few weeks. Well tonight, we attempted to rectify the situation and drove out to Pittsfield.The manager was less than helpful as the date of purchase was over 30 days ago (39 days total to be exact). We were offered a 20% discount on another, but nothing could be done about the defective out of the box cartridge we could never use to begin with. There are many other dispensaries in the area that are way more profound when it comes to customer service, which this establishment CLEARLY lacks.
